I agree with Drilling, yes we need an expansion but lets see where we are by middle of next season, then we can look at where we are financially, where we are in the league and how many sellouts we have. Lets face it, if the home areas are sold out every week until Christmas most chairmen would find the funds to invest in a larger capacity ground. So basically we can force his hand by turning out in large numbers every home game.

Yes Bolton are a bigger club than us and it is a real shame whats happened to them. Saying that I don't think Wilder will go to them, but if he does good luck to him and them. With what he has done for us since he has been here no one can begrudge him the move if thats what he wants. I think if it was Sheff Utd we might lose him but Bolton isn't that much nearer home for him. I would also like to think that Wilder and Thomas have some unfinished business left over from their Oxford days and I would hope it involves us moving up the leagues over the next few seasons.

Beds I think if you look at what Kelvin Thomas is saying, he will do the best he can with what he has and then I think as we progress the stands will get developed further, but for now there is a limit on the amount of funds available to develop the ground and build the East stand.

I think the points about players being brought in to fit the system is the key. Wilder has gone after the right players for how he wants to play and long may that continue and we climb the divisions with it. I think this is the most exciting squad of players we have had since Carr's days, where again players were brought in who played the way the manager wanted the team to perform. Not quite as exciting to watch was Ian Atkins promotion winning team, which again was players brought in to fit a system, and once again we were succesful!

What I don't understand is that if KT really wants the club why would he be fed up waiting. I think it is more a case of trying to force Cadozy's hand and so far it hasn't worked. I am praying we get the miracle we need this week and the deal is done. Alternative 2 would be for the local consortium to get us this week and then sell to KT if they are just wanting to caretake the club until they can find a buyer! none of us really have a scooby as to what is the final outcome, but heres hoping!!

I think that if nothing is sorted by Dec 1st then the staff should get some of the money so they can at least give their families a bit of cheer at Christmas. If it has to be in the form of a loan then so be it, but I think this would be a great use of some of the money raised.
