Couldn’t please me more against a sh1te Manager in Sparkey & obnoxious fans ( not all of them) and even the killer goal scored by an ex Cobbler in the 11 th added minute.

Nothing can be taken for granted at Trannie & IMO , purely for mindset , I’m happy we are going for a win on reflection & not setting our side up & playing for a draw ( never ends well ).

Come on Cobblers. Go for it & no easing up .

Appéré non stop 100% effort as ever & now added vital goals  to his performances.

I agree, he's also been there and done it so even if he doesnt seem to be contributing on the pitch I am sure he will be helping out in the dressing room with the younger players and maybe even supporting Jon and Colin.

I agree & think it's probably "written in the stars" .....he won't get an assist for the winner against the Gills....but his was the major assist controlling an awkward hump forward with skill & composure on the ball , turning and laying off the ball & opening a space for Hondermarck to move into .
His legs may have gone but he still has skill, composure , knowledge & hold-up play that is on different level. Defenders are clearly very wary of his reputation , but so are Referees. Yet no Yellow Card & sh1thousery this time out .....if only we could play to his remaining strengths ....he might just, really might, supply a killer goal that gets over the line in this promotion dog fight.

Controversially I thought HYLTON make a big difference, including setting up Sammy( what a poor frustrating game) which he blasted over the bar & occupying their defenders who were clearly " more aware" of him.Oh how we wish his customary yellow cards were goals !
Many complimentary comments about LEONARD , but he was the one who gave away the needless & immensely costly free kick that they scored the 1st from & totally changed the game !
