Judging by the number of posts there doesn't appear to be a lot of interest in tomorrows game, it must be the first game of the season nobody has had a "bad feeling" about.

But unfortunately those games have been too infrequent and as I said many were wanting him sent back in January. After his Swindon loan spell I was delighted when we signed him. I made no mention of Appere but it would not surprise in the least if JB offered him a new deal.

A good suggestion was made that very late in the game we sub off Leonard and Bowie so they can both get a standing ovation for their commitment and performances during their loan spells. Do you think that JB should select Hylton for this game so fans can show their feelings for his efforts over the last 2 seasons?

A lot of history with Exeter, in fact 122 games and we have won almost twice as many as they have, 57 for us, 30 for them and 35 draws. Exeter have only won 5 of the 59 games here, we have won 37 with 17 draws. We have won 14 of the last 17 home games with 2 draws and 1 win for Exeter.
Exeter have a decent away record taking points from half of the 22 games winning 9, drawing 2 and losing 11, goals for 27 and against 38. They are in an excellent run of form being unbeaten in their last 8 games with 5 wins and 3 draws. Also in their last 8 away games they have 5 wins a draw and 2 defeats scoring 16 goals, winning 3 of the last 4. In the 22 away games they have scored 2 or more 9 times and failed to score 8 times, they have conceded 2 or more 11 times and kept 5 clean sheets. No player has regularly hit the back of the net as their leading scorers are Reece Cole with 7 and Sonny Cox with 5.
Rather an odd appointed referee who is Ruebyn Ricardo and he has been refereeing in the National League, his only EFL games are 2 in Division 2 so this will be his first in Division 1. Back in October he was refereeing the FA Cup 4th qualifying round match between Bracknell and Dagenham so it's a little baffling he has been given this game.
We really need to keep up our good record against Exeter and take the 3 points if we are to maintain a top half finish. There are 4 teams directly below us who could still finish above leaving us as low as 15th and it would be a pity if we were to drop several places after being in 11th place for so long. I would not expect much change from our recent starting 11 unless JB decides he wants to have a look at other players.
Expect a crowd of over 6500 as Exeter are reported to have sold over 500 and don't forget it is a 2pm kick off.

So when we get drawn away at Liverpool, Man City/Utd or 1 of the big London teams it will be no going for a draw to bring them back and beat them at Sixfields we will just have to beat them on their own ground.

I would be surprised if we pursued Simpson, just don't think he has done enough over the season. After a bright start he went completely off the boil and plenty on here wanted him sent back in January, later he has produced a few good games but seems very inconsistent. I also think it is telling that JB currently has picked Bowie and Appere as his 2 strikers. I was expecting rather more from him after his loan spell at Swindon 2 seasons ago.

I have never had a problem contacting Sky by 'phone 03442 414141. I have also never accepted their initial price once they think you are considering leaving the price comes down and often quite considerably.

£60 a month is a hell of a lot for broadband we have broadband and 'phone package for £28 a month from Plusnet. As mentioned earlier we pay under £70 for our quite comprehensive Sky package which includes £15 for multiroom which is worth having as my wife can watch her things in 1 room if I want to watch an evening football match or in the summer a 20/20 cricket match. If you have Sky sport you can tailor your package and as I have no interest in motor sport and little interest in golf I have excluded them, there is no need to pay for the full package if you only want part of it. We are quite happy paying what we pay monthly for Sky which only works out as a fraction over £2 per day so if you consider that expensive £10 to watch a ifollow football match could be considered outrageous.

I don't think that less than £70 a month is exorbitant when you consider how many hours football you can watch at any ground in the EFL for the same price and you have to pay more than this for a single concert ticket for some artists.

I noticed on Saturday that he was sent off playing for Livingston in the Scottish Premiership (about to be relegated), they signed him in January on a 2.1/2 year contract.

Peter, I would add Bristol Rovers to that list. They are not far below us but have relied heavily on the goals Martin has scored, the goals they scored at Cheltenham on Saturday ended a run of 7 games without scoring.

And just to add that having read your replies to the 2 posts that were made while I was posting you are a rather nasty individual who will not be missed in the slightest and I doubt anybody next season will be thinking what Marvo said. You are like a spoilt child who cannot get his own way.

Marvo, I think when it comes to "spouting bollocks" since the game ended you win by some distance. Of course we are better than some teams and our results against the bottom 5 (22 points from 10 games and )bears that out and there are several others which is why they are below us in the table or when it comes to the actual stats of the season do these not count when they don't suit your agenda?
It is rather pointless picking out certain results and asking are we better than Blackpool, Derby etc, you may as well ask if Carlisle are better than Peterborough. Naturally over the course of the season you will have good results and bad results and that is the same as all teams. I notice that in your usual way you have jumped on several posters comments after the game. Most people accept when posting that there will be others that have a different opinion and are happy with that but anybody who does not share yours gets jumped on usually with childish insults and name calling.
After many seasons the Saints are finally having a good season so you are going glory hunting by switching allegiance, I am sure they will appreciate your support from your sofa but why not buy a season ticket I am told by somebody who goes a decent seat is about £650 for the 18 games. Anyway our gain is their loss.
