They would be an unassailable force, a supergroup like The Travelling Wilburys. Random on PR, Mahoney on business strategy, CAD drawings (they’re coming), Beds on plastering and population statistics.
I feel they’re close to nearing the end of the line though

Watching the Luton stewards give out free mince pies to the cobblers fans in the away end kenilworth road one Christmas. They hadn’t allowed for the fact that the Luton goalie was defending the goal that end for the second half…. If you weren’t there I’m sure you can guess the rest

The irony is that 'Prawn sandwiches' have become a byword for hospitality toffs who aren't 'real' fans yet, Prawn sandwiches are the cheapest thing on offer from your local Budgens! I was in a BP garage the other day and saw a ‘best ever’ prawn sandwich on sale for £5 !!! It would want to be the best ever for that.

This.
That free kick that mattered lead to my fondest footballing memory and therefore one of the most important moments of my life.
If we become a constant mid table League One side - there are many on here who would welcome that, Super Sam's final goal of last season might be some supporters best football memory. Imagine if we never got promoted again! I know that people don't like getting relegated, but the roller coaster existence that we tend to have is exciting, it gives us the occasional promotion every few years. Imagine not having those exciting seasons ever again. Consigned to a life time of mid table obscurity.
Apologies for getting all philosophical, I am sitting in hospital waiting for my turn to go under the surgeon's knife. Alas not a brain transplant or I might be gaining some intelligence.
Hope everything goes well. You’ll soon be back watching again

Ideally will will end up with something that adds towards servicing the running costs of the club. In my opinion, the nature of the fitout will very much indicate the longevity of the current owners plans. If they utilise the space to it's maximum revenue returning capability, there's a good chance they are using it has an investment. If they slap a load of breeze block and cladding together, with just rudimentary facilities, I'd say we can start the goodbyes. Of course there's always the dreaded third option. Do nothing...
There is a fourth option Find you can’t build anything of a high yield return on the contaminated ground and liquidise the football club. This has always been at the back of my mind but having gone this far down the road I can’t see it becoming reality thankfully. If it came to pass the saints would have lots of extra car parking for matches.

I don't know what your problem is, other than you're obviously troubled. However from this point I no longer do "statistics", just deal in facts.
The FACTS on this site are there for everybody to use and reference as they see fit. I've no agenda. How could I have, I'm just one person or are you claiming now I have some special influence on here? I don't see it myself.
NOTE TO MODERATORS: Could you please change the title on my section from NTFC STATS to NTFS RECORDS please? Much Obliged.
What does NTFS stand for? Is it an error?

While everyone has their tape measures out can they also ask the owners whether they will allow this redevelopment. Better still ask KT to do the measurements himself and then get back to you He can probably advise on real ale microbreweries while he’s at it

In all seriousness we should be asking silly money for Hoskins. £1m is peanuts for one of the most in form strikers in the football league over the last couple of seasons. I’d say £2.5 m and you can talk to him and even that is absolute peanuts for any championship team. Phone up Barry fry and ask him if he can do the negotiations for us, if Hoskins was a borough player fat baz would already be all over the media pointing out his scoring record, his work rate and how they wouldn’t let him go for less than £7M That way they’d trouser £4/5M I’m not joking either…..
