I didnt go to the open forum but I remember a post on here saying there were no plans to serve real ale in the Carlsberg bar. During the Sixfields summer festival there will be a beer festival in the Carlsberg bar so surley this will include real ale? If this beer festival goes well perhaps the club could serve real ale next season?

At least with a bus stop at the top of the hill, the beer festival idea sounds good, it all depends on whether there is decent and interesting stuff available. If so, I'll be there and then staggering back to Flore using my old git's bus pass.

I wouldn't pay that to see the real Robbie Williams.

Maybe Alistair Slowe will make a random skills showing on the pitch.

There is also the Northamptonshire Beer Festival at Delapre Abbey from the 26th May to the 28th May, which you can also take in and make a really long weekend of it  Cheesy

I forgot about this one, its a CAMRA beer festival so I will hopefully be there I am a member. Talking of beer festivals I sampled some beers in Moon on the Square Saturday night as they have a beer/cider festival on at the moment. I know Wetherspoons pubs aren't everyone's cup of tea but all beer festival ales are only £1.80 a pint
