Their dickhead of a manager has come out and said that their player 'hardly touched' Johnno. His shin pad shattered FFS. I've seen the incident numerous times on replay and it was probably the most dangerous challenge I've seen all season. Clear red card and for their manager to lay the blame on Johnson for getting their man sent off is quite frankly disgraceful.

The reason Stevenage don't give directons to the ground could be because a lot of there fans can't read.

I didn't go on Saturday but with regards to the JJ incident, Tim Oglethorpe said on the radio 'were they actually hoping that he had broken his leg' or something similar as he struggled off the pitch to a chorus of boo's/abuse etc.
I went to the cup game a few years back and I must say that for a small club, their fans irritated more than any clubs fans of a similar size. That game stayed with me for a long time, and I remember being very fired up when the replay came round. I have not liked Stevenage since that day. Bloody chav fans, the lot of them!

That's definitely the impression it left, them getting behind their keyboards and suggesting they hoped it hurt just backs that up. The booing actually started when Johnno got up off the ground, so yeah.. they started booing when they realised it wasn't a career ending leg breaker. Nice chaps! Though they didn't seem to be up for any banter on the way out of the ground, and were easily wound up by some of our fans gesturing on their way out of the home end after we scored Couldn't give a f**k though as we took the 3 points and will wipe the floor with them when they come here, you can take the club out of non-league but you can't take non-league out of the club. Our performance was on par with some of the worst this season yet they still couldn't even claim a point from us.

plenty of signs directing to the ground from J7 of the A1 as well as signs for the town center

Not wishing to side with them, but we (and any other clubs' supporters) would boo if someone was down for a minute, stretcher came on and then he got up and walked off. And also go mental is away fans (as funny as it was ) celebrated a goal in the home end. That's just normal football ground behaviour. Aside to that, the atmosphere was very non-league and I'd happily see them relegated!!

It is funny to me all this surprise /adverse reaction to the Stevenage fans........but then most of our fans wouldn't have had the joy of visiting Stevenage often. If you have had the pleasure of going to the town centre a few times you would realise what type of supporter you would get at the football ground.
This is truly the ar**hole of the region and even makes Harlow look upmarket.

Saw that, wasn't sure which side he was supporting. He approached and went away towards the Newcastle end but...... Jeaous husband, boyfriend, former team mate or something else? Hope they catch him and bang him up, then ban him for life.
