I've been a regular reader on here and like the opening poster says lately it seems to have become a bit school-like, the other day there were about 5 threads started by the same poster and they could have all been under a single thread as the topics were very much the same.
Sometimes I see the same 2 posters constantly arguing with each-other and wonder why they don't take it to a PM as they basically back up their arguments by repeating the same point over and over and over.
The majority on here seem decent, if they disagree they seem to respect the others opinion, but when your reading a 4 page thread and 2 posters having an argument repeating the same point would have filled 2 of its pages, it becomes a bit boring.
Obviously using the block button would work, but only if you have an account and log in to read, but on the other hand sometimes one of the so called annoying posters may actually post something worth reading. So it's a no-win situation.

Surely can't we agree that if a poster requires 2 IP addresses. He is banned sine die.
We have to to Take the moral stance as per the Australian Cricket board. No exceptions.
Is it that easy?
The other way round, if someone has more than one user name is the issue not IP addresses. If found/discovered they are dealt with already. |
