If McWilliams is fit , would you play him and who would you drop ? He is our best player and I would play him . The truth is he will probably be sub and eased back in .

He is one of our best, agreed but do we need to rush him back? I would go with you suggestion of taking a place on the bench and having a run out in the last 10/15 minutes depending on the scoreline at the time.

Surely we must wallop someone soon if we take our chances. Tranmere is as good a team to do that against.
And you know this how exactly? We are a team used to winning and are more than holding our own in this division with our only defeat so far against Swindon where we were 2 up before Harris had a rush of blood to his single brain cell and quote rightly got send off after 18 minutes. Swindon fans on their board said prior to the sending off they feared a hammering. Since then we have brought in Luke McCulloch on loan from Doncaster who has. in his two games, looked a class above Harris and a good foil for Ollie Banks who is probably one of the classiest midfielders in this league. Also we are hoping to have at least one of our first choice defenders fit as currently we have 3 of our starting back four injured and have been playing Manny Mouthe, a CB, at left back to fit the gap, having said that he has played well out there so far. The fun thing for us on Saturday is to see how Ash Taylor, a player who certainly split opinions when he played for us (many including myself didn`t think he was exactly great. The word donkey has been used more than once but I think that is a bit OTT) deals with the non stop movement of James Norwood who is currently in the form of his life and has been for the last 15 games and possibly Paul Mullin, who many of us would like to see start instead of Cole Stockton up front. I`m going for a 1-1 draw but I won`t be surprised to see 1 single goal win either way.

Ollie Banks, when he played for us, certainly wasn't anywhere near to being "one of the classiest midfielders in this division", that description applies to Matt Crooks. Whilst you are talking about donkeys, how is Steve McNulty doing?

Did find that statement funny myself. Think they will realise that after seeing Matt Crooks playing on Saturday.

I'm not sure he even qualified to being one of the classiest midfielders in our midfield.

Ollie Banks, one of the crappiest midfielders in league two.
Wasn't too hard to fix his spelling mistake.

It is very strange to see some on here hoping to ‘wallop’ you when one particularly NTFC poster basically suggested caution. One ‘swallow’ does not make a summer! Taylor did pretty well last season but his form upto the Colchester game has been chequered. Ollie Banks failed at Chesterfield and also here!

Ah bless, confused again. Shock.
It's strange how? Surely Cobblers fans 'hope' to wallop the opposition every week?
The walloping is based on the amount of chances created in the last two home games and not because we are playing Tranmere.
As for Ollie Banks, he was pure gash for us so fair play if he's learnt how to be a midfielder since he's been with Tranmere.
