I know our wage bill is (or was) high but I dread to think what Mansfield’s is. Also when you’ve got a player like Walker who is so prolific but is on loan it totally screws you up if/when he goes back to Forest. On the subject of Taylor, a bit like with Morias and Andy Williams, KC doesn’t seem to fancy them but they are all still under contract - will he put them all on the list in the hope that someone takes them off our hands and gives him more to play with in the market (they all must be high earners)? If we can get Goode permanently and somehow keep Pierre and Turnbull with Jay Williams as back up it would give us a good base to work with if we want to play 3-5-2, still need proper wingbacks though.

As if, your the bloke who started the rumour that spagetti grows on trees!
If you notice , the one thing I am avoiding is starting a rumour without qualification . There is a lot of talk about a player though . I have no idea if it’s true which is why I am putting out there .

It didn’t come from a first hand source on this occasion but a few people had heard it . That’s why I am asking if anyone else has heard it before a name gets mentioned because I don’t want to get it wrong .
f*** sake, has this s*** started already its not even the f***ing summer yet

Are we back in for shaquille coulthirst - I would have thought we’d have to pay for him?

Could be out of contract, but we would then have to offer him the best deal. Unless, of course, that it's his lifetime ambition is to play for the Cobblers

i expect this was a fair result for us. They are second and scoring plenty of goals.... BUT THEY ONLY GOT ONE AGAINST US.

Lol love how u lot really think it’s important what players we should get in
How many of u were wetting your pants with excitement when the current s***e were signed.
Mid table at best whilst KT is here, still whatever turns u on !

Of course you're absolutely right. The negative slant that you and a few others put on everything and anything achieves so much. I'm more than happy to let you and your not so proactive mates sit in a dark corner pouring scorn on everything, whilst some of us accept that some things are bad, and some are good. None of us see certain aspects of the situation as ideal. But surprisingly, we are doing absolutely as much as you are about it.

We could do more about it IF more of you actually wanted more from your football club
Sad thing is that some tried to do more yet get 100x more stick than KT has ever gotten despite he breaking promise after promise.
Again we will sign crap has beens, we will achieve absolutely nothing and u lot will wonder why. We had 10 years of DC and history is repeating itself in almost every aspect with the current money grabbing land owners with no plan for the development let alone the football club

You've posted on the wrong thread. The redevelopment thread is where you normally slag off the club and chairman.

I must admit I must have missed it. Asked to be patient and still am , but I haven't seen any concrete details from anyone.

Who tried to do something? Certainly not you. If you’re alluding to the Trust. To my knowledge so far, all I have seen was a small meeting at the Park Inn. That was touted as an exercise in gauging supporters opinion. It was attended by about 1.5% of the support. Of which the room was completely divided on a way forward. Now as far as I know, there was a few spats but no massive criticism of what the Trust did. So I don’t know where you get this ridiculous “100% more stick” idea from. In fact most people, me included were/are completely supportive of any initiative that has the greater interest of the club at heart. What I don’t like, is a few self righteous muppets, who put themselves on some moral pedestal. When they have done absolutely sweet FA other than moan. Pack in the little mummies wounded soldier act, and do something for once. You’re as boring as the rest of the state the obvious crew.. Another pound shop, keyboard revolutionary Zzzzzzzzzz
