To win with that make shift back three deserved a lot of credit because they are decent going forward .
Very encouraging from the new lads and particularly Olayinka who looks a class act.
Moment of the night -KVV sending off and Goode winking at the west stand afterwards ....

Comments on the gate tonight.....the lowest league home attendance since a midweek game against Carlisle in October 2015.

We sell over 3000 tickets in two days for an away Cup replay at Derby, but can't get 4000 home fans in for a league game when we're flying high and winning almost every game at home.

Glory hunters? Or is there more to it than that?

It’s been pretty full on fixture wise. Burton, Salford, Derby home and away, longest month payday wise of the year. I think there’s always one that’ll show a drop and people will miss and I think this was it.

On the game, new players excellent, Goode’s s***housery even better. Don’t you know pump it up...

Great win tonight, especially with the back line having to be shuffled around. The squad are all really playing their part, the new lads look up for it , the goal difference is creeping up, times are good. Wonder if we may bring another central defender in now Turnbull is injured, doubtful for Macclesfield according to radio N'pton.

Credit where credit is due, the turnaround between Scunny away and Scunny at home has been superb.
Going well, looking good....well done KC and his team, coaches and players!

I was right about the skinny ginger boy up front, but the Arsenal lad played well, put himself about and competed well.
Happy to be proved wrong excellent result and made all the sweeter with the sending off of KVV.

Another home win. Unbeaten in 2020, unbeaten at home since 5th October. KC certainly has 'em playing as a team. Injuries/suspensions being covered well by the squad players. New boys did well, although Marshall looked a bit rusty. And Charlie Goode, what a legend and s***housery for the KVV red card. Loved that!

What chance KC MOTM ?

An excellent overall performance, and a very comfortable win. The new signings all look very good and have seem to have slotted into the squad well. Fingers crossed that Olayinka's injury isn't too bad, he surpassed my expectations and looks a great addition. I think Marshall and Morton will get better game-one-game. Morton especially will improve with minutes on the pitch following a long injury lay-off. He will give us something different up front than our current strikers provide.

Incredible to think we were without Wharton, Turnbull and McCormack, yet we still produced a performance like that tonight. It really feels like we have a strong squad now, with plenty of depth.

Mentions also for Oliver, Goode, Watson and Hoskins who were all excellent. Hoskins impressed me in particular, I thought he was superb at times tonight, It was a close run thing between him, Goode and Oliver for MOTM.

It really feels like the momentum is with us.

Final word about KVV - what was he doing?! He was getting a bit of stick by individuals in the North Stand when he was taking a couple of corners. Following the second he was jogging back up the pitch, turned to look at the crowd and mouthed, 'f*** off!' a couple of times, and then gave a middle finger salute. Then came the Goode incident a few minutes later........unbelievable stuff. I didn't know whether to laugh or feel embarrassed for him. What a tool - but a memorable moment for sure!

Personally I think its tragic you jump so quickly to negative comments before you've even seen them kick a ball.

Literally see no point in it.

Are you talking about that person in the mirror again?

You are definitely not getting under people's skin you are just the most negative person on the board, not a 'supporter' of NTFC!!

So after Super Sammy's brief stint at centre back last night is there ANY outfield position he hasn't played in for us now??

Charlie Goode is proving to be very good at irritating people until they hit him, isn't he?  Grin

We have to sign another centre back because we will not get away with Harriman and Martin playing there for long , as commendable as they have been . Williams seems to be right out of the picture sadly .
Goode’s sh*thousery is funny but he has to be careful of his reputation because it’s happening all of the time now .
We have a great team spirit though and it’s good to see .
