Renewed mine, realising the situation and the fact I might not feel safe to go even when we can. I can afford it, understand others may not be able to.

We've renewed ours too. Hopefully we'll be able to go before long, but if you are on the fortunate position of being able to afford to renew I think it's the least you can do. We all expect the club to put a decent squad together and they can't do that without funds. In these difficult and, frankly, boring times I'll take a little vicarious pleasure for the coming season if that's all there is to have!

So Kelvin wants us to spend £380 to renew our season tickets, I get he needs the cash flow BUT with the trend upwards on COVID-19 I can’t see supporters inside stadiums this year, what happens then? With the season starting in September we will miss at least 10 home games, that equates to £170+ in refunds, I need to see some investment as to where all this season ticket money is going.
You'll get to watch the matches on iFollow safe in the knowledge that you're helping the club out. If you don't like what NTFC are doing, you look into what Sunderland are expecting their fans to do

As stated by others, you can’t criticise people for not renewing because you don’t know their financial circumstances? However, you have to be proud of everyone who has? All that outlay with no guarantee that you’ll get to see anything, proper supporters. Much respect to all of you ❤️

Not a real supporter but unelected chair of the Northampton Town Honorary Supporters Club. (Please note: any opinions given may not necessarily be shared by proper supporters. In incidents of conflict the views of real supporters shall take precedence).

Serious question, if the games are behind closed doors and season ticket holders are given free access to ifollow are the club still going to give a refund? Ifollow costs €6 per game, a match ticket value from a season ticket is about £17.50.

IFollow is usually £10.
I think if you bought a ST in the North stand before the discount period ended you'd be due about £1 back per game.
Fair point for other situations though.
I'd imagine they'll perhaps either offer a refund or offer free access to away games too?

I follow is a separate company and the games will be available to all for a tenner a pop
Bravo to those who have selflessly paid for a season ticket knowing that they are unlikely to get value for money. Fair play to them

Pity the club haven't reintroduced the North Stand £199 deal. That would work out at just £199 per game! Have I missed the ST deadline day?

Anyone else finding that the season ticket page just hangs on an endless "Loading, please wait...." message?

Have any other season ticket holders received an email from the club asking them to fill in a questionnaire prior to allowing fans back into the stadium ? There is nothing on the official site about it that I can see and no one has mentioned it on here. I am just concerned it might be the latest scam.

I received mine yesterday and it has been sent to the email address that is unique for NTFC. Seems legitimate

Reading between the lines, if you go by yourself, you could find yourself stuck in a top/bottom corner of the stand opposite where you normally sit or have I got that wrong?
