Hard to see how these scorelines could be any worse. Literally.

It's over boys. Blew it by not picking up even a single win from several 6 pointers.

I think this is the best way around if one side is going to win this match.

In the cold light of day (tomorrow morning) it will look as if we still have a chance as long as we perform in all our remaining games. If only we had goals in us.

I think this is the best way around if one side is going to win this match.

Think I would have preferred Dale to lose and therefore be marooned and odds on for one of the four places......this way round everyone still has a chance, Dale have a relatively easy run in on paper and have form for escaping these situations!

Good time I guess for "who's got who left".....

Wimbledon: HOME v SWINDON, home v Oxford, away v Ipswich, HOME v ROCHDALE, home v Portsmouth, away v Lincoln

Wigan: Home v Crewe, away v Shrewsbury, home v Burton, away v Hull, HOME v SWINDON

Cobblers: Away v Peterborough, home v Ipswich, away v Gillingham, home v Blackpool, away v Sunderland

Bristol Rovers: Home v Lincoln, home v MK Dons, away v Portsmouth, home v Crewe, away v Blackpool

Swindon: AWAY v WIMBLEDON, home v Portsmouth, away v MK Dons, home v Ipswich, AWAY v WIGAN

Rochdale: Home v Accrington, home v Blackpool, away v Crewe, AWAY v WIMBLEDON, home v Doncaster, away v MK Dons

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbank's a good manager. He's taken Burton from about 8 or so points from safety to complete safety in about 16 or so games and they looked proper doomed. Even we won there.

Credit to Jimmy Floyd. I've slated him on here often enough but Burton are transformed.

Wimbledon were always going to stay up as they played the early games all away hence 2 thirds of the remaining games are at home....Any 4 from 5 Rochdale, Wigan Bristol Rvrs, Swindon and us.

Must admit , I was never his biggest fan to say the least, but he's done brilliant since he's been back at Burton.
Maybe it's just us.

Any 3 from 4 Rochdale, Wigan, Bristol Rovers and Swindon, we can't score, we're down, I'm resigned to it.

played 18, won 11, drawn 2, lost five.

When he took over on New Years Day they were bottom of the league with 13 points having played 21 games, one more than us and were eight points behind us.

Now four months later they are 17th, eleven points ahead of us on 51 having played a game less! Since Jan 1st they have picked up 38 points and we have picked up 19.

We need to win 3 out of 5 games to stand a chance, possibly draw one also.

So, we need to win against Ipswich, Gillingham & Blackpool and draw at Peterborough or Sunderland - take your pick  Tongue

I take back all my negativity, we've got a sporting chance.🤪
