Hmm, this is one where a point would be a bonus... I hope this doesn't mean that Plan A is sit deep and just try and use Smiths height though.

Although we can’t compete with a team the size of Fleetwood financially I hope we can still match them on the pitch

KC has commented that he has had to change the style of play at Sixfields (unsuccessfully!) because of the state of the pitch.
SIMPLE; Train at the excellent facilities at Moulton College and save the Sixfields pitch for matches only and then get more points like the away games.

Change of referee for tonights game, we now have Trevor Kettle who reffed our 4-0 defeat at Portsmouth. In 11 games this season he has issued 30 yellows and 2 reds. Could be a good omen as in the 11 games the home team has won 9 (including all of the last with 1 draw and 1 away win.

Fleetwood will not miss away fans at grounds as hardly any of their fans bother to go. Their last 2 visits here they have brought 103 & 109 which were for saturday games so it would be even less for a night game. Personally I dislike these teams that are bankrolled to league status and have poor support, I would rather see a team like Notts County instead who were still managing home support of 5000 in the national league. That is not to say that any poorly supported teams should not have league status as there are several who have decades of league status and suffer because of their location with several bigger clubs within close travelling distance.

Have there been many for the other home games?

No, not many. A sprinkling I would say. Well distanced!

Going for a 0-2 loss. I think the next few weeks will be very tough. Curle will probably be gone by Jan. Fleetwood h Donny h Crewe a Oxford a Lincoln h Ippy a Gilly h Sunderland h The only points i can see us getting is probably Oxford and Gillingham. Its going to be a long Dec

No logic but I’m more confident of picking up a result a Crewe than Oxford.

Watch out the Seal is about. I’m predicting the first slippage at 47 seconds for this one.
Not a single defender on the bench. Cross your fingers folks.
