This makes complete sense, so what are the chances of it happening ?
I think Shaun will sign but the others will be off, FFS Thomas has made it clear he isn’t going to spend.

Why do you think I'm such a negative fûcker?😁

Because you are - you have this urge to share your misery to ensure others suffer

The best thing about last nights game for me, apart from Sammy's penalty, was Tim's Chris Kamara moment. The 4th official puts the board up and it shows a red 10 and a green 11 and Tim was convinced it was a Peterborough substitution, but couldn't get his head round it as Dembele had already been subbed. It never occurred to him it was our sub and clearly never noticed that Alex Jones was in the stands and Korboa was trotting on to the pitch. He then kept calling Korboa Chuckwuemeka every time he touched the ball seemingly not noticing the real Chuck was on the right side of the pitch whereas the false Chuck was on the left. I was waiting for the moment when he said, 'and Chuckwuemeka passes the ball to er Chuckwuemeka' but sadly it never came.

He did finally mention Korboa's name but never acknowledged the fact Jones was off the pitch. I can only assume someone had a word in his ear, for his sake I hope it wasn't the Peterborough commentator.

You have to love our Tim !

Hoskins joins Corrazzin and Kirk on 30 league goals for us. 39 overall goals, same as the great Jim Hall.

That's a bit harsh Evers and I have no intention of making anyone suffer anything. I'm possibly a bit OTT at times but I can't help myself. The older I get, the more of a grumpy old man and intolerant I get; Authoritarianism, censorship, local people not supporting their local football team, s*** music, the cult of celebrity and don't get me started on religion. I annoy my missus with
my moaning all the time, so it's not just you.

If all 6 English teams leave to form the super-Euro League, do we all get shuffled up and get to keep a League one spot?  Huh?

Yes, definitely.

Yes, they can all feck off to the promised land. Will all the Northampton people still continue to "support" them though, despite their obvious contempt for real supporters?

The whole super league plan stinks. It shows all the clubs involved have utter contempt for their fans and are interested in nothing more than chasing after a few more pounds.

Still, if it keeps us up I'm all for it!

Probably!!

We shouldn't really wish them away.....the Premier League becomes devalued, the FA Cup and EFL Cup even more than they are already, the TV revenue gets slashed and everyone ends up losing out, from the other PL teams right down to grassroots.....all because of the greed of 6 clubs with their foreign owners and their foreign mercenary players?

As I said, shows their utter contempt for real fans and all teams at all levels. But the sheep will continue to blindly "support" them
from their armchairs the same as normal. Not sure everyone will end up losing out though. Everyone else will be on a more level playing field and big money won't be the be all and end all. How did we all manage before the premier league and how much does the money realistically filter down to the lower leagues and grassroots. Would we all be going out of business without the premier league and are teams like Bury where they are because of the unfair distribution of wealth, where the rich get richer etc etc.

Well we wouldn't have got the £550k to keep us afloat this season for a start.....I get your point though......football finances need a total overhaul, this could be one way of levelling up as you say.

Or. if the money was more evenly distributed we'd have got more.
