Personally I do not want Gary Johnson to win the automatic place with Torquay but have nothing against any of the other 3 conteders Sutton, Hartlepool and Stockport.
For the other place maybe one of the former efl clubs like Halifax or Chesterfield but not Hollywood owned Wrexham.
It will be a while before we know as they do not complete their fixtures until 29th May.

Dislike Gary Johnson but I spend a lot of time in Devon, so The Gulls for me.

Ideally Sutton as champions, and Bromley via the play-offs.

2 local away days for the West Sussex contingent  Grin

I know it's Gary Fúcking Johnson, but I have a real soft spot for Torquay not only because of friends who are fans, but I will never forget the last day of the season where they gave us the win we needed to stay up.

My mate here is the only lower league supporter I know and he's Notts County.

The reason I mention is they're all fuming about the recent appointment of hot shot upcoming managerial star Ian Burchnall. Decent CV really but since they ousted Neal Ardley when comfortably in the (weird) play off zone for this chap, their form has bombed.

Better the devil you know?

If my memory serves me right it would have been around 92. We had to win to stay up and basically Torquay went through the motions and let us win.

Stockport County absolutely!
Have had the opportunity to visit in more recent seasons with Oxford City...banging place for the pubs!

Failing that, Notts County, Wrexham, Halifax Town or Hartlepool would be good.

No interest whatsoever in Torquay or Sutton United!

I saw Sutton play in a FA Cup qualifying tie when I visited a friend in London about a decade ago. A lovely little club, but I think there ground is probably a worse standard than Silbey Rangers or Brackley.

Torquay could tempt me back into making an away trip - one of my favourite parts of the country and one of the only clubs outside the Cobblers that I have a soft spot for.

Their pitch used to be an absolute quagmire, like Oxford City's before both got 3G pitches in.

If we do visit Sutton Utd next season, strangely there are two train stations, though like Stourbridge, not really necessary to change for nearest...the one in the town centre is only around a 15-20min walk away.

Bromley, under the new management of Cobblers legend Andy Woodman have moved back into the playoff places following a win over Hartlepool today, Billy Waters netted for Torquay as they opened up a four point gap at the top. Sutton have a difficult game tomorrow against Notts County, and on Saturday Torquay entertain Bromley.

Think i'd like to see Torquay win it, and FC Halifax to win the playoffs....I never did go to The Shay
