I have seen they are up to £3400 each now Manny, I was hoping to be able to take the old man but outside my price range by quite a bit
English/Italian lad at work went to both semi’s. He paid £160 for Italy (£600 club Wembley tickets, offered me tickets) and £500 for last night. Over £3k for a cat 3 for Sunday. Some people are going to make a lot of money.

That's a hell of a lot of money for a pre season friendly
But you also get an acre of toxic land thrown in.

It’s ridiculous TBH but it could well be a once in a lifetime experience, I’m watching from home with cool beer on tap. I am tempted 🤪😵💫😵💫😵💫

I was offered a £165 ticket for the England semi-final for £150. I turned it down

Take your own, either before or if they let you bring it in.

Soft drinks permitted into the ground .... might I suggest vodka and orange in a Fanta bottle

The usual easy runout to start the season. Thoughts on new players: Maxted - looks like he's spent the entire closed season eating! Nelson - very, very vocal and barks orders at everyone around him. Might have a ricket in him though. Donnelly - pacy and lively. Kabamba - I like the look of him. Big, tricky, powerful, knows where the goal is and linked up well with Rose. Lewis - didn't stand out. Guthrie - solid, difficult to say too much as he was untested. Roberts - ditto Pinnock - along with Kabamba looked the pick of the new boys. Very lively. Of the trialists, Bazely-Graham, McWilliams and Sesay didn't stand out at all but Debayo impressed me; strong, powerful, athletic, good movement and decent delivery - worth a longer look, I'd say. Oh, and inevitably BAS fell over as he scored.

Trialist wearing 48 was very impressive. I think someone said he had played for Dover

Anybody know why Chukwuemeka and Dyche were not involved today?

Apparently Chuk has a minor knock and Dyche is isolating.

I thought nunber 48 was good too. Quick and supportive of fellow players. As BoN suggested well worth another look. As for Kambanga scored two, quick feet too. Number 32 turned out to be Rose who for me looked the most accomplished forward on show for us. Maxted looked huge! Started to fall a sleep second as it was a run around for us and Sileby were no real threat to test us just a little more. Guessing now but we certainly could do with goal scoring ace as that will be the difference between top ten and top of the table.
