It's just pure speculation by the bookies just to tempt a few early bets, nothing to do with budgets, (some won't have been finalised yet ) nothing to do with managers or players, it's guess work by the bookies just to get a few idiots to part with their cash.
They havent got a clue. They do not know. They wait for people to open their wallet. A few years back, in my local, we tried something out. A former player was a regular. Over the road was a bookie. A couple of lads went over and put two quid on him being the next manager. Some others did the same on their phone. Didnt cost much, less than half a pint. Within half an hour, he had gone from nowhere to second favourite. Total cost? about £20 quid between ten of us. Much laughter, and I am sure that he got the odds printed off and framed. He was a delivery driver.

Don't let things go over your head eh!
Obviously neither do you. We have not and never will be in control of NTFC except in your dreams.

You clearly have no idea what I'm talking about... nor it seems the expression 'over your head'! Look at the original Manwork post I quoted, think about the subtleties of dry humour...you are making yourself look rather like a tit!

The original quote from MW you responded to was not in jest he does not know the subtleties of dry humour. Though he does like to insinuate that he knows that the owners are up to no good and only he knows it. So no dear boy a tit I think not. However should MW be correct with his little secrets of shame about DB/KT we may all have egg on our faces.

Thank you for pointing out I’m not capable of dry humour 😂 The egg is well and truly on faces, FACT.

His comment certainly wasn't in jest...mine was though! Shouldn't really ever have to explain humour, no matter how dry! Manny's comment came across (totally) as bloke in Sunderland working man's club, pint of Fosters in hand, telling anyone that will listen, we should 'kick em all out and take back control, make Britain great again'. Cleared up?

Joint 5th then without 5 other teams! Salford favorites because the bookies have heard of the owners. Bristol second because the bookies have heard of the manager.

Wonder what's going on with Crawley to be such long outsiders. Not really been following them, has their money bags owner run out of cash?
