Helps that his dad owns the club
Tell you what, I have known a few bosses sons, (and one daughter) and they all have been fcuking useless. And they all know it, and think that they are untouchable. There was one who "accompanied" me on breakdowns, and couldnt tell left from right, or what he had done yesterday. I did chuckle when his father realised that he was a lost cause and sold the business. Certain people do not inherit their fathers business acumen.

Or other qualities from their parents. Oh no, we're back to Prince Andrew again. 😉

There's a bit of traffic on the Luton Outlaws board....even Evers seems to have joined the messageboard to issue a "hands off" warning!

Armed with the compensation money for Jones, Luton should be able to make Brady/Calderwood an offer they'd find impossible to turn down. The compensation to us shouldn't be too much for them to afford.
Who else might Luton be interested in?

Neil Critchley is the favourite, although he's also wanted by Wigan. Gary O'Neil is another name mentioned if Bournemouth make a permanent appointment (Bielsa amongst those rumoured) Luton reported to be looking at a long term appointment to take the club forward.....someone who wants to build a future, suggesting that this rules out the "older experienced managers" such as Wilder or Dyche. Southampton reported to have paid Luton £4m compensation to get Jones......seems a big price to pay for someone who failed at Stoke in between his Luton stints.

After the Sutton, Newport games you’d think they’d be people on there giving out hands on demands.

Gareth Ainsworth would suit their mentality. Karl Robinson as well.

Have a missed something Why would a side chasing promotion to the premier league look to appoint a novice league 2 manager who isn’t exactly pulling up trees a few leagues below? Especially when they have £4m compo in their pocket. Location wise it works, but that’s about it.

There’s a few shillings gone on to get him at 10-1. Not a chance.

I can't see him going to Luton, but come on 'not pulling up trees' we missed out on promotion last season on one goal, this season we are currently third.

I was thinking that. A couple of random fivers placed, should see those odds fall further.
