Thanks for that.... so name 3?

FGR? Accrington? Wycombe? Exeter? Lincoln?
Just curious where the bar is
Any amount of growth for our club after 8 wasted years of  cdnl/thomas will be a giant step.
So let's also say to differing degrees Doncaster,  Brentford,  Wigan, Preston, Rotherham,  Huddersfield Watford,  etc...
Even non league Chesterfield,  Wrexham and Notts County are rebuilding after being destroyed by shlte owners.

Give us anything as an alternative to escape the wasted 20 years of cdnl/cardoza/thomas..
Enough is enough.
Time for change.

Wanting better for NTFC..
That's not rhetoric.
We need urgent change.

£5 a pint in Accrington, you would get laughed out of town charging that.

I've suggested extending Carr's Bar a number of times only to be told it's not viable. Suggested a block structure out to the road, not viable, suggested an awning over the decking, not viable, suggested going to Carlsberg and saying put us an awning up and plaster Carlsberg all over it, cost to NTFC nothing, ignored !!
There was a meeting in Carrs a while back which JW attended, he did get a couple more TV's and BT Sport, but nothing happened to the rest of the ideas, some would have given NTFC a reasonable return  Huh?
I've been in London too long. I thought a fiver was being cheap  Grin
Makes it even more impressive if they are cheaper

Thats impressive, doing some very quick (and probably wrong) maths thats between 3000 - 4000 pints a game.
Can that be right? £350,000. £5 a pint. 13 home games, 18 if you include pre season.
Just incase no-one else pointed out your glaring error, Accrington Stanley are a 7 day a week club, CDNL fc are after the 23 acres a Sixfields so not really interested in things like building up infrastructure and revenue raising 😀
20 years of this crap we've put up with...
But you all sign your cdnl petitions  Grin

Thanks for letting me know I wasn't aware.

In that case then those takings for a 7 day a week club are incredibly poor and wont be sustainable for a long term. I'm surprised they have been able to remain operational for this long with such little business.

You really struggle with the concept of  investment into a football club  growing its infrastructure to improve  earning potential...
Nobody said anything about investing a Gazillion pound into  a league 2 club other than you and to a degree Thomas when he had to play down expectations after a few weeks at our club...

You might not realise it but there are rich owners, wealthy consortium and well organised fan led fund raising initiatives that any can in a small way get our club moving in the right direction,  which is what we all want..
Only many have put too much faith into Thomas and co doing right by ntfc, which after 8 years are clearly backing the wrong horse.
Unfortunately none of these options can be open to NTFC while in CDNL are after the land at the ground.

Your exaggerated figures and the highlighting of troubled clubs have no relevance to what ntfc need and show me you haven't really much of a clue, despite all your copy and pasting and rudeness shown when you yet again get found out. 😉

😀 What you mean the highlighting of troubled clubs you’ve been ramming down people’s throats as beacons of success for about 4 years? Brilliant, run a business, mate you couldn’t run a bath. I’ve said it before, I would be less critical of a neurologist trying to perform brain surgery on himself.

Rhetoric=  language designed to have a persuasive or impressive effect, but which is often regarded as lacking in sincerity or meaningful content.

Yet again it degenerates into a rant, I’ll be off soon as well I think.
Just trying to highlight some good progress at another club where attendances and stadium are smaller but doing well.

Easier to just turn up for games, bitch about players and which old fart has just farted near me.

I think someone should just take this city of Peterborough and just... just flush it down the f***in' toilet

It was exactly the sort of post this thread needs. Actual data from a reputable source. Hopefully the club have seen it and will review the suggestions Carton's made previously. It also would have been ideal data to support the NHE initiative if that ever went anywhere.

I've been to a few work events at Accrington Stanley just lately. They have a really nice hospitality area there now, decently kitted out with screens, projectors and stuff. It's a nice venue.

Im as bored with saying the same things as you probably are of reading them. So decided I wont post on this thread again until there is actual progress either with the stand or with the Trust.
Good luck to Tom et al, I hope you bring the much needed change to give fans a true voice.

It cost 2.5 million though.

😂 I would advocate listening intently to your advice, and then doing the exact opposite.

Just agree with him or ignore him, it's deliberate, he repeats the same stuff every few months. He'd hate it if everyone stopped responding to him

In fairness he is correct, there is a significant difference between running a football club and another business. An ordinary business doesnt get some numbnuts with all the business acumen of an amoeba popping up on social media every 10 minutes telling you where they think you are going wrong.

This has to be a joke question surely.
Although, I'll give you 146 million people.
https://www.redcross.org.uk/stories/disasters-and-emergencies/world/africa-hunger-crisis-100-million-struggling-to-eat

So about these 3 (or hundreds)  individuals/consortium/fan led initiatives that work wonders
I asked you to personally name three (as you have of Beds) not in lazy fashion, put up a Red Cross link stating 7.5 million children on the continent are starving...never in dispute!
