Or he thought he'd come over a little strong in the video and wanted to publicly offer an olive branch? I'm not saying it's one or the other, just that it could just as easily be either.
Precisely - sensible comment

Agree in part, but the BBC report on the "deal" when broke mentioned the £3m, and the memorandum of Understanding between Club and Council also mentions a £3m maximum figure on any stand rebuilding/work. Why was this? What if KT and DB wanted to spend £10m? The MOU looks like it prohibits this.
This is where the interpretation/misinterpretation comes in, and as you mention it was the kickstart to this current episode....
Despite the Trust being in possession of a copy of the MOU, and despite the Trust getting an FOI, and despite the statement made in his video "rant" the Trust are standing by their claims......
If the Trust were to meet the club this week what new information would they gain? We've had Kelvins video, we've had Kelvins open letter....i'm not sure there would be a lot to add at present anyway...would there?
This might be me misinterpreting the press release, but aren't KT and DB putting up the money up front for the stand and then getting it back as an expense from the council before any remaining development profits are then equally split? If so, it makes sense for the council to put a limit on the build costs, or they could end up not getting much profit at all, and the club (KT and DB) have a very valuable asset on their balance sheet.

That’s how I read it, hence the spending cap. But that is the accusation levelled at KT (and DB) by the Trust, and one he seems to have taken great offence at.

I couldn’t care less, I am definitely not homophobic, it was the way you jumped in to defend Singcobb’s honour that I thought you two might be an “item”

So I assume the trust meeting with the council is today/tomorrow...
Will they let it's members know what was discussed via email or again will it be their little secret i wonder...

Trust Statement issued on FB page. Says they met with NBC. Now will discuss with Trust Board then be in touch with KT to discuss.
Not much to say really.

It might be worth putting in a freedom of information request regarding the meeting with the council.
