I think it "might" be the way they've gone about it.
For me I just get frustrated with the whole situation and that one side seems unable to accept criticism of the club and the other of the Trust.
What if, shock horror, they're both rubbish.

Agree a meeting, open it up on zoom and see who comes out with any credibility. Either way, without the council it as all more hot air.

It would be a lot quicker to bulldoze the whole tainted embarrassment to the ground, sell the entire Sixfields plot and build another stadium elsewhere. The area is more suited to housing/retail anyway. Maybe that would work out more financially beneficial to all parties than wade through treacle any longer.

The chairman offered his feet 16 (sixteen) days ago. How long does it take to come up with some dates. And why do they need a committee meeting to find a date? Yes I get that the relationship has been sour for a long time and 16 days is relatively insignificant in the grand scheme, but there has been other petty letters (from both sides) in between. Have the f***ing meeting! |
