If and its and IF KT could make 10 million from the land (total hypothetic question) what would your expectations be in terms of what 'we' get out of it?
I'd forget executive boxes for now. I question the payback, unless a decent hotel is built on the doorstep and then that could have conference facilities itself.
I'd double the capacity of the North and make it all safe standing. Whack a load of extra seats in the East and finish it so it doesn't feel as though you are visiting Beirut. This would allow extra away allocation if/when required. Probably enough to get us to 11k+.
If the lease is resolved and there is no land to be had then I'd be happy if he just finishes the stand. His £4m should do that very comfortably.
